- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have range for pricing depending on the scope and nature of the clients goals which is usually discussed in a follow up phone consultation to assess clients needs and areas of focus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with my clients is through my workshops, speaking engagements, or referrals. Once clients expressed interest in my services, I schedule a 30 minute Get Acquainted coaching session by phone to discuss they concerns , challenges, and see if I can help them get where want to go. From there, we discuss fees, structure, time frame and then they can decide if they would like proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified ontological coach and Movement Psychologist since 1995. I had two years of interning with my mentor before starting my own business. And have continued to study, take classes and continue to grow myself and my business. I don't think we ever stop learning or growing.
