FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. All my products are top quality and not the typical contractor grade products from the big box stores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer first I like to find out the most about the project while maintaining a friendly and curtious person to person conversation. After gathering as much info as I can I would request a site visit to get my own measurements and figure out the proper pricing for the job. Then for scheduling, I try to get the job scheduled asap, once the customer knows what they want and has a price they want it done as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the flooring industry my whole life, my grandfather owned a floor covering shop, my dad followed, as did I. When the family business closed I was too young to really take matters into my own hands however in 2016, I reopened the family business to follow in the footsteps of my father and grandfather.
