- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimate, a discount depends on the seasons or the purpose of the project. Fees usually be when my estimator go meet the customer. It's always reasonable and can always work something out. Senior discount also😇🙏.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I understand what my customer want before we agreed on starting any projects. Get them to understand what job I'm going to do. Let customer get to know me as his/her pro.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I pass my exam in order for me to legally establish this kind of work.
