- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we draw up our customer’s estimate, we will label all service’s provided in detail. Estimates will explain products that will be purchased, labor cost, waste disposal, and time each service requires. We can discuss any questions or concerns customers may have as well as change orders, add-ons and upgrades at any point throughout the project’s process. We pride ourselves when it comes to our customer service, providing exceptional, fair pricing witch is based off local area averages pertaining to project locations and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer in person to give them a better sense of the quality services we provide and create a connection with each individual so once we are finished with the project they feel like they are part of the ever growing Home Innovations family and not just your average customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Innovations has been a part of the construction industry for more than 10 years. We have completed many projects and provided exceptional services throughout numerous states and amongst top tier companies all while setting our standards above and beyond. We are constantly looking for new, innovative ways to not only achieve customers satisfaction, but to exceed our customers dreams and provide them with a experience and product that exceeds their expectations.
