- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To communicate that you typically work for respectful clients, you can use the following language: "I take great pride in providing professional cleaning services, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with respectful and considerate clients. Over the years, I have built a reputation for delivering exceptional cleaning services that are tailored to my clients' unique needs and preferences.” I believe that mutual respect is essential to building a positive working relationship, and I strive to treat my clients with the same level of respect and professionalism that I would expect in return. My clients appreciate my attention to detail, my reliability, and my commitment to providing a clean and sanitary home environment. I understand that hiring a house cleaner requires a high level of trust and confidence, and I am committed to earning your trust by providing a level of service that exceeds your expectations. If you are looking for a professional house cleaner who works with respectful clients, I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: The customer may contact you via phone, email, or through your website to inquire about your services. 2. Consultation and Estimate: You will typically arrange a consultation with the customer to discuss their cleaning needs and preferences. During this consultation, you will provide an estimate of the cost and time required for the cleaning. 3. Scheduling: Once the customer agrees to your estimate, you will schedule a date and time for the cleaning. 4. Pre-cleaning Preparation: You may provide the customer with instructions on how to prepare for the cleaning, such as picking up clutter, securing pets, or providing access to the home. 5. Cleaning: On the scheduled day, you will arrive at the customer's home and begin the cleaning process. 6. Post-cleaning Inspection: Once the cleaning is completed, you may perform a walkthrough with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the service. 7. Payment and Follow-up: You will typically collect payment from the customer and follow up with them to ensure their satisfaction and to schedule any future cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended trade school to become a brick and tile setter. Which I did for 15 years and in off-seasons I did Hotel cleaning because I love repetition and organization. I was trained to be quick organized and every movement working together. Attention for detail, doing it right the first time. If you have a positive mindset you will do everything much faster and much better. One needs to want to serve/work. Some college two semesters of medical billing and coding but I found that I could not sit still.
