- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Marketing projects start with a audit of existing marketing activities and a conversation with the customer surrounding their goals. We produce a fees agreement which covers a scope of work then we get started on a marketing strategy. The marketing strategy is a 100 point assessment of the clients products, service, industry leverage points and customer targeting. Engineering products start with a product discussion in which a scope of work is determined. We draft a requirements document which includes milestones and release schedules. The customer then signs off on the provided documents and development is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our engineers all come with 10 years experience in the field ranging up to 25 years experience. The majority of our engineers have degree's in computer science, the ones that don't have equivalent 10+ years experience designing and building software.
