- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pay ranges from $15-$35 per hour mostly. I also do pay per job for one time clean outs etc. minimum cost for coming out is $50. Ranges in price but alway try to accommodate clients and be fair. I try to match or beat a competitor's price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with I always like to go over one more time the things the client hired me for to make sure we are on the same page. I like to get some form of contract set for both myself and the client so there are no issues on times, pay/costs, as well as the work to be performed. Exchange all emergency contact info. I offer the client discounts for refferals. I also give clients a chance to do a background check if wanted. Lastly, do a walk-over to make sure we are both on the same page on what is to be done.

I started working in the cleaning business back in 2004; cleaning offices and such at Iams and fell in love with making things sparkle!
