Love that she listens and then explains reasons why things happen. It is like taking a class and then she takes the time or my time to make sure to cure what ever I went in for. It has been a different experience everytime because she listens and does not do the same routine or what she learned in school. Basically seriously listens and teaches me and I love the one on one not a different person treating me each time I go in...so we get to learn each other. Great service and definetly will be a long time customer.
