I confirmed an appt will Jill on July 20 for July 21. I called her to confirm on the 21st and she stated her van was broken into a her tools were stolen. She stated she could come on July 22. I advised I would be there at 3:30. She confirmed the time. I received a text on the 22nd at 12:30 confirming 3:30. I received a text at 3:12 stating she was at my father's home. I texted back I was 10 minutes away. She texted back her had already and would see me at 6pm. I advised our appt was 3:30. She apologized and said her job was a quick estimate. I waited to 6pm. I texted her and called her. No response. This VERY unprofessional and I will Never recommend American plummer to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Cheryl Lewis

I did the professional thing I showed up 10 mins early. I called because nobody was home and Cheryl said she knew she couldn't be there at 3:30 on a Friday. That made me feel like my time was not valuable to her so I left she should of told me she knew she couldn't make 3:30pm. The traffic was bad all around her area so I knew she wouldn't make it either. My past experiences with thumbtack have been similar with customers not showing up. I went to another call it was an emergency leak in the crawlspace and I was stuck there until it was fixed.

I worked with Jill on a project that involved a water leak. She was fast and thorough and helped refer me to another reputable contractor to clean up additional damage that was hidden by the wall/floor. Bottom line: I would recommend using this contractor.
