FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and our goal is to be a very down to earth company that pleases the customer. Special incentives will be given to existing customer referrals. We don't take it lightly when someone refers our services. We should obtain a standard that is not just a mow and blow company, but a company that pays attention to detail and goes above the call of duty to complete a task before being asked to take care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My intention is to see the customer happy and clear on what services will be provided for and making sure there is no grey area associated with cost. Our goal is to have an established company with customer retention and trust built relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background as an engineer and a Navy reservist. I recently became ambitious to start my own lawn care service. I grew up mowing lawns and taking care of various properties growing up. The job is easy and enjoyable, but the task that is truly at hand is communication with customers and performing above and beyond that separates us from other lawn care services. If someone is unhappy with our service then we will correct it free of charge. If that is not enough, then we will pay another service provider to correct it for you. Our goal is to have happy customers who enjoy our willingness to help make their yard perfect to come home to.
