Through ten years of experience in developing strategic plans for organizations, we identified several key components that are usually missed when planning, but are critical to success. By developing a dynamic strategic plan, organizations and individuals continually move forward. Connecting Pathways simplified the goal setting process for me so I had clarity around what I needed to work on. The difference is the step-by-step process and the simple project management tools designed by Osmond & Pannell for small business owners. I could hardly believe how quickly I achieved the goals we identified. Connecting Pathways is a system that works efficiently and logically and I would suggest everyone give it a try. Pricing for Small Business Management: - Online only $3500 - Minimal commitment (2½ hrs/week for 3 weeks plus 3 online accountability meetings)Optional - Online Annual Accountability Plan $1000 (4 quarterly meetings)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We (Claudia Pannell and Joanne Osmond) use online tool (GoToMeeting) to meet with clients over a three-week period to detect the organizations values, vision, mission, and purpose. Objectives and goals are prioritized and action plans developed. These, along with a dashboard to monitor progress, become the dynamic strategic plan used to move the organization forward in achieving their purpose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both, Claudia and Joanne, have an MBA and experience in a Fortune 500 company and as owners of their own small businesses. They are SBDC Certified Small Business Development Advisors and Certified Blended Learning Designers. Claudia is a Master Budget Coach.
