- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent upon the location and what is to be photographed and/or video taken of. Standard rates are $120 for a single residence within 20 miles of my location. Which includes 15-20 photos and a short video of the property from above. Commercial lots and multi residence housing are more and dependent on acreage or square footage and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them and get a feel for what they would like done. Meet at location if possible and get input from them at the site to be able to get the shots they want. When they are satisfied with the photos and/or video, I color grade them edit for clarity then deliver them personally or upload to google drive for them to download. Payment is made at the time of the shoot if meeting in person, or half of the rate paid via paypal to secure the job and the other half upon delivery of products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of remote aircraft experience, cinematography basics, 14 years photoshop experience, and 2 years video editing. Part 107 certified and insured.
