- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to my pricing, there are many variables involved depending on which product or service I am providing. For example some logos are easy enough to produce, that I would charge a fixed price. However a more difficult logo would take more time, therefore I may have to charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with an inbound or outbound phone call, email, or social media message. This helps me to gather all of the information that is needed for that specific job. After agreeing on the price, I receive the deposit. From there I provide a rough design to get the ball rolling. If the project is a logo, I finalize it and submit it for the monetary balance. If the project is apparel, after receiving the deposit, I transfer the designs to the screen that is used to apply the ink to the pieces of apparel. After completion of the project, I make arrangements to meet with the client to deliver the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am pretty much self-taught when it comes to my work. Through trial and error, I have a good grasp of the software and processes and procedures that I use.
