- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing varies upon individual need or business need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients begin with a conversation to ensure a mutual fit. New clients will complete an intake form and discussion so we can both gain clarity of the goals and outcomes we want to achieve together. The last part of the process with a new client is to enter agreement of the best way to move that client forward to reach his or her dreams and goals, whether personal or professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in management and organizational leadership. I work with business leaders and businesses, as well as a variety of organizations. I also work with individuals personally. Personal leadership applies to everyone. Whether the CEO of yourself or the CEO of hundreds of people, we all need personal leadership. I am also a coach and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. John Maxwell is a leader in leadership. I incorporate his work and philosophy into my workshops and webinars. I also work from a faith-based perspective.
