Jacinda was the best!!! I didn't need someone to help plan the day, as I had already booked most of my vendors, so I only needed a day-of coordinator that would be able to coordinate all the vendors, manage my reception setup since that was at a different location, and just generally keep the day on track. She handled everything so well and it really allowed me to enjoy the day! She told me that her goal was to make sure that no one was asking me any setup/coordination/just generally unnecessary questions, and she absolutely crushed that goal. We spoke a handful of times prior to the wedding day and I told her all my plans for the setup and schedule, and she took that and ran with it to make sure it was the most flawless day. Everything went off without a hitch, and it's 99% thanks to Jacinda and her team! I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Jacinda!! AND - ceremony toddler coordination included! Here she is pointing my sweet 18 month old niece (the flowergirl) down the aisle.
