THE TECH CAME IN TO FIND A MESS IN MY AIR CONDITIONER THE PRIOR "TECH" HAD BURNED ALL LOW VOLTAGE PARTS. ALL WERE REPLACED AND MY CENTRAL AIR IS WORKING. EXCELLENT CO. TO WORK WITH.
