- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base all of my work on hourly rates based on the difficulty level and machinery and or manpower required. generally $125 hourly for machine and operator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is come out to the site and talk to client in order to get a better understanding of their expectations. then I would create and submit a bid . once the bid is confirmed we can set up a date to mark utility and start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Caterpillar certified on four different machine and am well versed at many more. I have ten years experience in this field .I also hold land disturbance permits.
