I had duck less air conditioning put in my dining room & it covers the whole downstairs of my house, it will also heat the house in the winter time. I was so happy for that feature because my house gets so cold during the winter months, that's what I really like. Jonathan is such a great guy who workers with your schedule, & if he can't make it for some apparent reason he is sure to call ahead of time & let you know so that you don't be hanging in the wings. Jonathan will make sure that everything is working before he leaves. If you should ever have a problem he is sure to get back to you right away without any hesitation.

The technician showed up to my house to inspect my heater that was not working properly, the furnace was working the heat was just not coming through the baseboards. He went on to explain that I needed a new module which is $400, even though the current one was still working just delayed. He did not try to bleed my pipes or check the air pressure coming through the pipes. I continued to ask him if this module is why the heat was not coming through my baseboards and all he said was yes. He left my house charging me $85 with nothing working and not trying anything besides turning it on and checking the thermostat. I opted for a second opinion the next day and they simply bled my pipes and turned up the pressure and explained my module was perfectly fine. I would definitely not recommend this company because it is simply a waste of $85. I would never use them again.

Sorry you feel that way in reality your module was not working properly as was verified by the manufacturer which stated that a delay of any sort indicates a gradual failure in the control module. Bleeding air from pipes and "turning up the pressure" in no way changes the fact that your board delay is an integral error which has been addressed by the manufacturer in multiple updates.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard trip charge of $80.00 which is waived upon signing a contract to use me for an installation. For service work it's the same $80.00 to show up at the door. Afterwards pricing is dependent on the repairs needed. I utilize straight forward flat rate pricing for service work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I start by visiting the homeowner in their home and just having a conversation with them as to what they'd like to see accomplished. Then I thoroughly discuss all of their options and tailor a system to their individual budget. If financing is needed I walk the homeowner through the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a universal EPA certification and all of the appropriate business licensing and insurance.
