- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 an hr per lesson if you have your own horse it is an additional $10 to use one of our lesson horses. This fee goes back towards care and maintenance of the horse that is used for lessons
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There will be a small verbal interview to get an idea of level of riding and which horse is best suited for first ride with us. Upon arrival rider will be walked through a series of horse related activities, putting halter on, leading horse out of stall, walking to saddling area. These are all basic skills that will let the instructor know level of confidence of rider and which horse and which steps to be taken from that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years experiance training and teaching, over 20. Working on silver /gold medals in dressage. Numerous students winning at their various desired disciplines. Continued studies and education with multiple clinicians and coaches
