- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both flat and hourly rates. Hourly rates range from $200 to $350 per hour with an initial retainer of at least $2500, depending on the complexity of the work. I also offer fixed rates. The amount also depends on the complexity of the work, but also the estimated time it will take to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am the tip of the spear at my firm. I handle all court appearances, draft all substantial pleadings, answer substantive questions myself, am available to my clients 24 hours a day via text message, and address questions and concerns personally. At my firm, you deal with me, my staff is there to support me in those endeavors, not to do my work for me.
