Introduction: JP Concierge Service started helping families in 2009 by assisting them with household duties they do not have time for. Our services resemble "Alice" from the Brady Bunch or a happy housewife! We clean, provide meal prep, get the children on or off the bus, organize closets & drawers and even tackle laundry. I found Jeanne through an online service. I don't live nearby and needed someone to help my nearly 90 year old mom once a week or so. Though she still lives at home, she does not drive, and really doesn't have the ability to do things like grocery shopping or errands. Jeanne has been a godsend in helping her do all that. She comes once per week, gets Mom into the car, and they go off and do whatever is on the list. It might be shopping, it might be lunch, it might be a hair appointment. My mother appreciates the ability to get out of the house. And it feels great to know that Jeanne enjoys spending that time with her. She's been a wonderful resource, she's a lovely person, and she's exactly the type of person in whose care you would be thrilled to leave an elderly parent.

I needed my house cleaned completely prior to moving in. Overall she did a good job and completed the work on time. Some room for improvement, there looked like there was still some cleaning needed in the shower and I found a cluster of dog food just and the edge under the stove.

I apologize for the shower as there were stains unable to be cleaned. The dog food was an over sight and I'm surprised I missed it- again my apologies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my services are an hourly rate however to be fair to new clients I prefer to view the job before quoting. Other projects may be one price based on size & estimated time to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to meet my clients in person before performing any service to be sure we are both a good fit. I like to give my new clients a chance to check my references and quote my pricing in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College background, long work history since the 1980s, caring for family members, wife since 1986 and mother of 2 grown children since 1987/91- hobbies include Feng Shui, working out, cooking, Pinterest & volunteer work! This is called Life Training & an honest loving upbringing.
