- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and talk with my customers! I like to get to know them and find out what they like and don't like. It helps me to work and base my menus and meals accordingly. That way they leave completely satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Culinary Graduate, right after culinary school i started this business and in the beginning it was trial by error. I had to learn what to do and what not to do! The training i have gone through is continuous, i am forever learning is this business, which is great because there is always something new to learn!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always feel passion is step number one! NOT Money!!!! Most people get into this kind of work for the money, and it just becomes another job to them. But for me is starts with passion. i love to cook, and i love to serve others, and it takes hard work, but after you get started it will come naturally!
