- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For criminal and family cases, we typically charge a flat fee. For personal injury cases, our fee in contingent upon the financial award we win, i.e., a percentage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speak with a new client on the phone, we will schedule an office appointment at which time we will learn as much about his or her case as possible. We will give the client realistic guidance as to what the potential outcome of the case might be, and then set a fixed fee for our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
