I have a small shore house that had a lot of damage from hurricane Sandy. I also had a very bad experience with a contractor with the Sandy repairs. So when met Steve Rubiano he could tell I was very nervous about who to hire for the job of painting the outside of our bungalow. I am happy to say that Steve has restored my faith in contractors! He was great from beginning to the end. I don't live full time at the bungalow, so he texted me constantly with information and even pictures and the job progressed. I was under a tight deadline to finish the job by my association, so Steve and one of his employees even worked on Memorial Day to get the job done by the deadline. I can't say enough good things about Steve, he is honest, fair, sticks to his word and I felt like I had 24/7 communication with him which made a world of difference from the previous contractor that I had. Besides all of that he did a fantastic job and I get compliments on it all the time. I would not hesitate to use Steve's services again or to recommend him to anyone else!

Steve did all the painting interior and exterior after my home was damaged in Superstorm Sandy. Steve's quality of work was excellent and if I had any changes or issues with anything it was handled without complaint. He did everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied which I was. I would definitely use him again.

Steve cleaned and stained the wood picket fence around our house. We found him responsible and workmanship exceptional. The fence looks like new! More importantly, his work ethic is strong and he is true to his commitments.We would not hesitate to use him again.

HE is very professional and friendly. His workers were polite and helpful young men moving things and putting them back. Anything I needed down they were there to take care of it and very prompt. The work was done perfect, everything was very neat when they left. He is a great person to work with, we were very pleased.

Pricing is based on the job, all jobs are generally not the same so its best to look over the job and discuss the options for the project which in turn estimates the cost of the project at hand
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a detailed background of my experience and references in the area, I explain and go through all the paperwork needed to document the job and customer options for entering or breaking a contract with no problem to them or pressure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up in the family business, worked closely with the Benjamin Moore paint company in execution of new coatings to use on projects, have extensive experience in all phases of painting, restoration, faux finished and much more I have a decorating background to assist my customers in there choices if needed.
