- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer contacts me to set up a time for a consult. We meet to determine the level of the student, see what literature and methods books are currently in use, set goals, and determine a lesson schedule and payment plan and schedule. The consult is free of charge. When the consult is concluded, the student or parent paying for the student pays the first fee prior to the first lesson. We meet weekly from that time forward. I also share online resources with students to guide their practice sessions and help retain what was taught in each lesson. Students are free to e-mail me any questions they may have between lessons.
