Pricing negotiable if client purchases a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Initial Training Session always consists of a strength assessment, movement/flexibility screen, and a foundational workout to establish a baseline. From here, we are able to design a personalized program which I tailor according to client progress and improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and have continued to advance my learning and understanding of this field with additional certifications including: NASM, CPT, CES, PES, FNS & GPTS.
