- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two types of fee arrangements for our services: 1) Flat fee; or 2) Hourly fee. The type of fee arrangement depends on the type of cases, complexity of the issues, and the location of the parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer viewed the quote and reached out to us, we will try to schedule a free consultation with the customer as soon as possible to discuss his/her case. At the consultation, the attorney will evaluate his/her case and recommend steps for moving forward. It is then up to the customer to decide whether he/she will retain our firm.
