- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most important of all, our prices are highly competitive so handyman and cleaning services can be available to those in need. Each project varies in fees. Smaller jobs may be by the hour and more complex ones will be set at an agreed upon amount. We give discounts to repeat customers and to customers who refer us. We just recently launched a new loyalty program that is based on points earned. For every $50 spent in any of our services, customers are given 10 points. Once 50 points are accumulated, customers will receive a %15 discount on their next service. This is in addition to the discounts we give on Thumbtack for repeat cleaning tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to making any commitments on work to be done or price, we feel it is only fair that we offer a free quote. This also gives us and our customers a chance for a meet and greet. Typically, within 24 hours a quote is sent to the customer for review and upon approval, we discuss the start date, finish date, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our seasoned team members are primarily all self-taught. It's a family business, it just comes naturally you could say. Most of our crew started building and using tools in the pre-teens and each has their own set of knowledge to bring to the table.
