- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For carpet cleaning, we are currently running some specials. We clean 3 rooms of carpet for $89, additional rooms are $29 each and stairs are $29. We clean the upholstery of a 2 piece sofa or sofa and chair for $89. We clean mattresses for $79-$99. We clean car carpets and upholstery for $69 or SUV/Van for $89. Call about additional types of service. For housekeeping, we charge by the hour. Generally, we send out a team of 2-3 depending on the job. If you are looking for the least expensive options in housekeeping, we aren't it. However, if you're looking for honest, dependable and guaranteed results...then you are a good fit for Zen Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the needs of the customer. We give a quote and set an appointment. If we are running late due to traffic or a previous appointment, we will call and notify our customer. As mentioned above, if we did not perform any task to the customers zenisfaction, we will return and fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a business owner for the past 14 years. I know how to treat customers so that we keep them coming back for our services in the years to come. We are constantly looking at how to improve our service and the customer experience.
