We relocated to the Austin area from Houston and knew very little about the different areas and neighborhoods and what would be a good fit for us. We had a general idea of the location we wanted to be for commuting to work, and what kind of house we wanted. Teresa was recommended to us and we had a great experience working with her! She was extremely patient with us and was more than happy to meet us in multiple areas to show us houses, often times on the weekends and evenings to accommodate our work schedules. We narrowed down our favorite areas and she sent us matches daily to review. She is a great communicator, always available by phone, text, or email. She also always made us feel like a priority, as if we were her only client (which we know is not true). She is very knowledgable about the area and the process of buying a home and she really did work very hard to get us everything we could ever hope for in a home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge buying or renting clients a dime! My fee for sellers is 6% of sale price, half of which usually is paid to the buyer's agent for their services. My fee for landlords looking to lease their property varies by location - just call or text for a price!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Since graduating, I have dedicated my career to successful sales positions, most notably as a former top-billing headhunter. I am a licensed real estate agent (number 664809). I have completed Keller William's Ignite training program, BOLD program (Business Objectives, Life by Design program) and earned my Certified Negociation Expert designation (CNE). I always expand my designations and attend more classes so that I can continue to represent my clients with the highest level of expertise. In my first year of real estate, I was recognized with the "Rising Star" achievement at Keller Williams and have grown since!
