Ian Kidd was wonderful! First of all, of the 3 electricians who first responded to my request, he is the only one who wrote back and followed up. He was courteous, prompt, and friendly. I submitted a request on Thumbtack late on a Saturday night, and was at my house on Sunday in the early afternoon, exactly when he promised. He was fast to diagnose the problem, replaced a broken part with materials on hand plus a quick trip to the store for an obscure part, and completed the job quickly and at a fair price. Upon meeting him, I felt comfortable immediately and confident that he would be fair. As a single woman, I also felt safe and respected. I am so glad to have found him. I hope I don't need additional electrical work, but I will absolutely call Ian if I do!

Ian is very professional. Responded quick to my request. I had immediate need to get some work done. He showed up when he said he was going to be there, worked my needs in with some other jobs he had going on, and was very attentive as we worked through some crazy details of the job. I will definitely use Ian again for upcoming projects! Highly recommended!
