- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to develop a professional relationship with the customer. I keep constant contact to make sure all needs are met. I just try to assess the needs of the customer in case I'm chosen for business again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor's in Modern Language with a minor in Journalism. I speak Spanish, French, Italian, German and English fluently.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always helped my mates in school and continue to do so as i'm currently pursuing another degree. I figured i could help others as well!
