Introduction: I want my clients to feel comfortable and safe talking to me. With that said, I have a balance between listening and understanding mixed with a push for change and humor along the journey. I am down-to-earth, and I keep my focus on what you want to work on. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and children/families. I find it most important to help individuals grow a strong sense of self, understand their happiness, and seek the life they desire. My specific areas of service are couples and intimacy, domestic violence, and children with behavioral/mental disorders. I am not limited to these areas, as struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and finding an overall happiness are also areas I work with too. I love to help see individuals reach their full potential! I also, try to help couples with their individual and together goals. Although I have specified areas please note that my doors are open to helping those in many areas
