Introduction: I am a personal trainer that has experience in fitness nutrition as well as holistic health. I understand how hard it is for many people starting out to go into a gym and try to make a young trainer unless their challenges. Being older myself and being into fitness most of my life, yet dealing with health challenges each day. I can relate to the baby boomers and those older better then a young 20 something year old trainer.
I enjoy everything about fitness, but mostly I enjoy helping someone transform their lives not only via fitness but mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I believe the body as a whole is much more then just the physical and to be healthy and happy, all parts must be healed and fulfilled.
