no 2 jobs are the same but we try to keep prices the same for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contact by phone or text, get a description of the problem, may ask for any pics that will help us with identify what would be needed to help in diagnosis or repairs such as brand, model/serial numbers, things like that. Discuss appointment times, prices, and payment taken.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all my knowledge has come from on the job training from various companies as well as classes given by manufactures through supply houses and training videos.
