Kyle was very polite and educated me through the whole process. We recently got hit with hail and I had him come out and inspect my roof. The work they did was top notch! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a commercial roofer out of high school for a short time and have over 10 years of sales and customer service experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a different company doing sales for a while and understood that I was able to provide a better customer experience when having control over the entire job instead of just being the face.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers and built a lot of friendships. We work all over the Missouri and Kansas side helping customers with insurance claims and leaking roofs.
