Keegan was a great personal trainer! I worked with him primarily in a group setting, but he is also awesome one on one. He has a great, positive attitude that keeps you motivated throughout the workout and pays close attention to every person in the group. He is incredibly knowledgable about about all things fitness/body building and is a patient and kind teacher. You can tell he wants the best for each of his clients and is more than willing to put in the work needed for his clients to see progress. He doesn't push you past what you feel is too uncomfortable or unsafe, but pushes you enough so you feel like you got the most out of the workout. I highly recommend Keegan as a personal trainer if you want to have fun with your workouts, see and feel improvements and get to know an awesome person!

Although I only received Keegan's help a handful of times, every time I did it was so apparent how much he knew about fitness and how much he cared about helping others to reach their full potential. His workouts were so good at hitting their target muscles or muscle groups and definitely had the potential to tire you out as much as you could handle and his personal commitment to and love for fitness is easily evident. His greatest strength seems to be his willingness to work with each individual to personalize a workout regime that will help them achieve their goals while blending his knowledge and their strengths and areas of comfort. I highly recommend Keegan as a personal trainer.

Keegan is the most knowledgeable trainer I've had. He knows cutting edge techniques for myofascial release, cardiovascular training, and strength training. He listened to my goals before we started training and together, we came up with a plan catered specifically to me. I got to choose the amount of personal training sessions, stretch sessions, and yoga sessions I wanted. I feel so much more energetic and all-around healthier since I started training with him. I'm way more flexible, far stronger and have achieved several goal weights with him.

I have observed Keegan in training various individuals and have been trained by him myself. He has helped me to reach my goals in both weight loss & fitness, and shows concern for my all around well being. He cares for the whole person and tailors programs for the personal needs of each of his clients. He is a very thorough trainer who excels at not only helping clients implement fitness programs, but also teaching proper technique, explaining muscle groups and muscle use. He has integrity and his lifestyle is a good example for fitness and nutrition.

Keegan provided me with a great workout experience. I not only received a challenging workout each day, but I was instructed on the best way to develop certain muscle groups. He held me accountable to proper technique and pushed me to reach goals. I highly recommend him and his training philosophy.
