- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable. The financial savings on having someone work remotely is smart. No travel time charged and no waiting for quick responses on questions or concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my client and establish working preferences. I like to know how involved they want to be, or if there is a family member they want me to work through. I want to build a trusting relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Credentialed Daily Money Manager - trained and credentialed through the American Association of Daily Money Managers. We closely follow a Code of Ethics. Every three years I renew my credentials.
