FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think everyone has a base hourly price for the "standard" job, but so many jobs don't fall into the standard job category. What may sound like a big job when you pick from a list, might turn out to be a fast 10 minute repair, that's why I like to see the space before giving a firm price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it's best to meet with the customer at their home and discuss what it is that they need to have done and set up both the time and the cost of the project. That way you can not only make sure that you have all of the supplies and tools needed, you can give the customer the best service in the least amount of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Passaic County Tech. and Vocational High School in Wayne,NJ and Studied Carpentry and Blue print reading for 3 years.
