- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 per hour is our standard service charge for scheduled work from 8am-5pm. $125 is our rate for Emergency calls, and after normal business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first step is to explain who we are and what we do. We answer any questions a new customer may have. And then we ask our client a few questions about the scope of work they would like performed . Once that information is gathered we work up a proposal as quickly as possible, because in this business time is of the essence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between 3 technicians our company boasts over 80 years experience in the field. Each of our techs have had extensive training in the HVAC field. Education is important to us as technology is ever changing. To keep our company on the cutting edge we send our techs to schooling whenever a new product is on the market.
