Introduction: While my clients are of all ages I am particularly drawn to working with children and supporting pre and post gastric bypass clients. I am willing to walk alongside you (and be your biggest cheerleader/motivator) as you and your body do the hard work of healing. I totally believe that given the right tools (knowledge/strategies/motivation) you can achieve the goals you set. I am passionate about helping people learn about healing their body and what amazing things can happen when you give your body what it needs to thrive! And bearing witness over and over to how wonderfully we are made and watching each person come to appreciate what their body has been able to achieve in spite of less than optimal conditions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a discount if I receive your initial paperwork at least 2 days prior to your appointment. There is also a discount if you are traveling to me as opposed to me traveling to you. Except for the first 2 follow-up appointments you will determine your schedule of visits after hearing my recommendations (which will determine what your costs are)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have initial intake paperwork that gives me an idea of your current health situation as well as let's me know what your priorities for care are. Intake appointments are between 1-1 1/2 hours and the first 2 follow-up appointments are usually 1-2 weeks apart. After that it will depend on your progress and how much support you are interested in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my designation of Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP) from Trinity School of Natural Health. My degree as Traditional Naturopath is from Trinity as well.
