- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the vast options that are available for insulation we don't have a set figure available. But, we do offer free estimates to make up for the lack of a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we first make contact with a customer we like to provide a brief explanation of what we do and the services we provide. After that we find out what we can do for the customer and see if scheduling a free estimate is something that they are interested in. During the free estimate we take all measurements and diagnose what the current condition of the insulation is. We then take all that information and provide the customer with a proposal that typically has more than one option for possible upgrades or installs. We confer with the customer what they are trying to achieve and what would work best for their situation. Once an agreed option is selected we set up a time for the install. At the time of the install we again go over what we are installing and what they can expect in return. Based on the scope of the work and which product is being installed the install time can range from a couple hours to several days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees have taken every available training that is offered and are all certified for every aspect of work that we perform. There are no licenses in the State of Texas for insulation, but if there were then we would have them.
