Introduction: I'm a young professional. I have been working in fine dining establishments for 6 years. I am very knowledgeable and passionate about the food life. I have experience in every facet of the culinary industry. I enjoy exploring an ever-changing palate of culinary trends. I like to push my boundaries. Constant learning, focus, professionalism and strong skills factor into what makes a great chef. This is what I strive to maintain every single day. I have a vast knowledge of anything and everything culinary. I've trained under some of the top "visionaries" in the Atlanta culinary scene, most notably with Kevin Rathbun, Chris Hall, Gizzy Barton, Todd Mussman, and Ben Barth.
