- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different packages to choose from to meet the needs of different clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship with my clients is key to getting the right photos they desire. I typically start off with email or messaging about time, location, Pricing, and what kind of photo shoot. Then I will get them on the phone and discuss more information , so I know exactly what there looking for. We meet up for a consultation so I can show you everything that I offer and answer any questions you may have. I like to meet up with my clients a few minutes early, so we can plan things prior, and if there’s children present it gives them a chance to get to know me. After the session a week or two later I will drive to your home and have an in person sales session to view all your images and to pick the perfect products for your home. Prior to the session a 20 percent deposit is required to book an appointment.
