- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. It varies from job to job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to come out and meet with the customer and see exactly what they would like to have done. There may be things that the home owner may not be aware of or thought about when a tree needs to be removed or a stump is to be ground. For example there could be a septic tank or fence that they do not want disturbed blocking access for our equipment to get to the tree or could prevent us from dropping a tree in which case it would need to be taken down in sections. Under ground power or water lines close to a stump that is to be ground or under an area where they would like to put an outdoor patio or fire pit. There are many more scenarios like this and is why it is always best to meet with the customer and discuss the work so there are no surprises for either party.
