We needed someone to fix the pitch on the side of our house. Miroslav came out, did the job quickly. He explained what he was going to do, took pictures as he did it (attached) and then went over it with me. Great job. Highly recommended.

Miki came out to my house the next day to give me an estimate. He explained in detail what he was going to do and how much it would cost. His crew was out the very next day and finished the sod before evening. I couldn't be happier.

I would not recommend M&M. We hired them to remove and replace sod. Overall cost was over $5000. They laid new sod during pouring rain which caused the ground to be lumpy and uneven afterwards. Even after rolling both the front and back yard twice it still didn’t look even. It’s been six weeks now and the grass doesn’t look good and is uneven and discolored. We were told to water the grass more and buy stuff to rid of skunks because they were digging up the grass. We watered the grass morning and night during the heat of summer and bought over $300 worth of stuff from Home Depot to get help bordering our house from skunks. And still the grass just looks ok. I’ve compared our house to other houses which I’ve noticed to have put new sod and ours does not look nearly as good as other people’s in our neighborhood. It sucks we wasted so much money and it wasn’t what we expected. Pros: They did put mulch around two trees in the front which Mickey stated he included for free. And they were willing to accept payment every week as opposed to one large payment. They worked rain or shine and almost always answered their phones when we called. I just don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $15 a roll of sod. The dimensions of sod are 2x10 for each roll. We charge $175 disposal fee. Also if there needs leveling and grading after removing old grass and weeds it will additional $210
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers who never had sod installation must ask following question how much do you charge per roll how much do you charge per square footage these are very important questions.
