Introduction: Aloha! My name is Ashley and my two loves (besides my baby & fiancé) in life are Yoga & Barre! My background first started in Dance & Ballet from the age of 5. Many elements from Ballet I am able to incorporate into Barre & Yoga. I fell truly in love with Yoga 9 years ago when I dove into my practice deeper after the loss of my brother. It saved me and gave me tools to use on and off the mat. After that experience I wanted to help others weather it be a similar situation to mine or completely different! From there a Yoga mentor of mine was opening the first Barre Studio on Kauai. I was intrigued and she asked me if I would like to attend her training program and be a part of her opening team! Of course I said yes! I had my first session with Ashley yesterday and we already have set up our next one. She is exactly what i was looking for. She was informative and encouraging. I felt comfortable in the poses since she would correct my posture and she was also very open to questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking anything. She brought blocks with her in case some poses were to difficult and i also really enjoyed the essential oils she brought. I am looking forward to our next class and would recommend her to my friends.

Ashley is tentative to each individual in the setting of yoga studio at the beach or by a waterfall seeing each yogis individual capabilities never pushing yogis to there limits . Ashley's Voice alone carries with energy and love being gentle. She able to perform each stance correctly holding for long periods of times so yogis see the stance Ashley would assist in adjusting your stance till you were comfortable in your stance she has overwhelming amount of patients which is delightful. Overall I give Ashley very high rating as the yoga instructor and as a human being a great friend to everybody bringing the yoga class together in a studio or on the beach Ashley love's instructing yoga her light shines within her an she is able to share herself with you.

Adore Ashley and her method. She uses a similar method as Core Power. Love her positive energy and really enjoyed my first class! Her pricing is competitive and a great value for what you get! Would definitely recommend her! It's challenging to find a good studio in North County and the convenience of having a local makes it that much better. A+

Customers of all ages and levels from six years old to my oldest being Eighty years old! I have worked with clients with no experience in yoga and also advanced students as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the experience of the teacher however go with your gut. There are many styles of yoga as well so if one teacher isn't a good fit there can be another who is!
