This was a NIGHTMARE from the start. Only use this fake company if you want to be in the cold & out of $6,000. We are worse off than we began. We had heat upstairs & heat strips in our air handlers prior to them coming. After they left, we had no heat upstairs nor downstairs, we had no heat strips, & we are out of $6,000. They busted a hole in my ceiling which they repaired but this nightmare has not gone away. The temperature is 18 degrees & we have No heat to this day(1/8/17). This has been going on for a month. THEY Do NOT know what they are doing! Save Yourself! They are also using someone else's certification. They have spent our money & left me and my children in the COLD (Literally).

Antonio was on time, neat, and very professional. He indentified the problem with my dryer in 10 mins. He needed to go pick up a part, however was in and out 2hrs, for less than the Sears guy or replacing the dryer!!! Great job! Will use again, definitely...
