George came to do maintenance on our working AC unit and told us that we were out of Freon and needed a refill. He also cleaned our unit. we thought everything was fine when he left. A few days later we discover the unit wont turn off. We asked him to come back to fix it but he just breaks our unit more. He replaced parts but never fixes what he broke. Fast forward to December and we are no longer using the AC, turns out our heater has shorted out. No heat and no AC!!! now we have to replace the whole unit .
He should have been honorable and said he didn't know how to fix our unit instead of breaking it. DO NOT HIRE this man for HVAC. He will break your stuff and has no honor.
