Introduction: Morton Flute Studios will Insure that each student has equal opportunities to look beyond their talents. When students leave the studio, they will have learned many different ways to approach the instrument as well as improved on technique. In the studio students will be taught/retaught how to hold the instrument, Use their air properly, Read thoroughly, and much more. Each parent of players with less than a year of experience will be asked to rent or purchase a Nuvo TooT beginners recorder flute in order to teach technique. Rentals will be a small fee of $5 each month which will be included in the fee you will pay for the lessons. Morton Flute Studios pushes students out of their comfort zones and teaches them many different styles of playing such as Improvisation, Classical, Hip Hop, Pop, and even Vocal. When it's time for students leave the studio, we want them to have as much knowledge about both the instrument, the instruments history, and some Music Theory. In this studio, students will move at their very own pace learning the exact same thing in many different ways. I enjoy watching my students learn and grow weekly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing all depends on the time you choose. The longest I will hold a lesson is 1 hour and 30 minutes which will cost. Check below for the cost of each Individual Lesson. 30 min: $25 45 min: $35 60 min: $50 90 min: $60
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I typically give the lesson free and 20% off the next two lessons. I will focus technique, embecure, Air, and Stance. Performance will come as we continue to study together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Stilwell school of the Arts where I graduated with a Fine Arts Diploma Seal from the State as well as the District I attended school in. I have been chosen to be in District Honor band for 2 years in a row and played in the top band filled with the best musicians in Clayton County. I was Invited to a music Festival in Italy on full scholarship to play with lots of other developing and professional musicians! This Fall I will attend Brevard College in North Carolina to Pursue a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education.
